Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Subject to these terms and conditions, this campaign is open to all participants aged 18 or over who either own a property in London or have the legal authority to sell or rent such a property, except employees of Druce & Co (International) Limited ("Druce"), its affiliates, partners, or agencies, and their immediate family members.
To be eligible to win the prizes under this campaign, participants must register via the Druce Customer App, at least one property that they own or have the legal authority to sell or rent, located within London.
For purposes of this campaign, London includes any area with a London postcode starting with W, NW, N, E, SE, SW, WC, EC. At the time of registering the property on the Druce Customer App, on entering the postcode of the property, the App will indicate whether the property is eligible for participation in this campaign.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign will run for 6 months, from 15th September 2025 to 15th March 2026.
Monthly prize draws will take place after the 15th of each calendar month during the campaign period.
A final Grand Prize draw will be held within 2 weeks of campaign closure.

3. How to Enter

To qualify for entry into the draw:
Step 1: Download and install the Druce Customer App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Create an account with valid contact details, including mobile number and email address.
Step 3: Register at least one property located within the eligible London postcodes (see paragraph 1). Participant must own or have the legal authority to sell or rent the property registered on the App.

5. Draw Entries and Prize Eligibility

Each unique property registered via Druce Customer App will earn one (1) entry into the draw.
Each prize category listed in paragraph 4 above corresponds only to the prize specified for that category.
There is no limit to the number of entries per individual, provided each property is genuinely owned or legally represented by the participant. Druce reserves the right to verify property ownership submitted by a participant.
Entries are valid only for the monthly draw corresponding to the period in which the property is registered or the relevant qualifying activity is carried out.
All entries received during the campaign period will automatically qualify for entry into the Grand Prize draw. This is not applicable for participant who has already won a prize under the Prize 3 category.
Prizes are not transferable across categories or into cash. Unless expressly stated otherwise, eligibility in one category does not confer eligibility in another.

6. Specific Details of Customer Activities

Druce Customer App download: This means downloading and installing the Druce Customer App and registering an account on the Druce Customer App with valid contact details, including mobile number and email address.
Registering a property: This involves providing details for a property located within the eligible London postcodes (see paragraph 1) that the participant has the legal right to sell or let. Druce reserves the right to verify these details before awarding any prize.
Property listing: This means signing the Terms of Business with Druce to grant Druce exclusive rights to market the property for the express purpose of selling or letting it.
Customer and exchange: A participant is considered a customer and qualifies for the corresponding prize upon entering a legally binding contract to sell or let a property, provided they meet the following criteria:
For Sales: The participant is the seller who downloads the Druce Customer App, registers a property, lists it exclusively with Druce, and successfully sells it. A deal is considered exchanged upon confirmation via an email from the seller's lawyer.
For Lettings: The participant is the landlord who downloads the Druce Customer App, registers a property, lists it exclusively with Druce, and successfully lets it. A deal is considered exchanged upon a signed Tenancy Agreement, Assured Shorthold Tenancy, or license.

7. Monthly Prize Draws

Winners for each monthly draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month. The draw will be conducted through a verifiably random computer process to ensure fairness.
Winners will be notified within 7 days of each draw via email or mobile number provided at entry.

8. Grand Prize Draw

All entries received during the campaign will automatically qualify for entry into the Grand Prize draw. For the avoidance of doubt, participants who have won a prize under the Prize 3 category are not eligible for the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize winner will be contacted and announced by 15th April 2026.

9. Delivery of prizes

Druce may invite the winners of the prizes to one of its branches located within London to attend an event for the handover of the prize where the nature of the prize allows for such handover. Druce reserves the right to forfeit the prize in the event the prize winner does not attend the event.
For larger prizes such as furniture set, Druce will deliver the prizes free of charge to the winner's address within the United Kingdom only. Druce will not undertake or be responsible for delivery of prizes outside the United Kingdom. Delivery is at the doorstep, and Druce is not responsible for unpacking, assembling, or installing the furniture.

10. General Conditions

Druce reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entries that are:
i. fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms and conditions, ii. found not to represent real properties owned or legally managed by the participant, and iii. deemed to be contrary to the spirit or intention of the campaign, including but not limited to attempts to manipulate the entry process or engage in unfair practices.
All prize winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification by responding as instructed by Druce. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond or claim their prize within the specified time, the prize shall be forfeited, and Druce reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Prizes cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner's behalf.
Before handing over any prizes, Druce will require the winners to submit their proof of ID (passport or driving license) and proof of address of the property registered in the campaign (such as council tax bill, utilities bill, bank statement). Druce reserves the right to verify the ownership of the property through public records such as the Land Registry.

11. Data Privacy

By entering the campaign, participants agree, acknowledge and consent to Druce collecting and processing their personal data for the purpose of administering the prize draws, including winner selection and prize fulfilment. All personal data will be collected, processed, managed and protected in accordance with Druce's Privacy Policy.

12. Publicity

Winners may be required to participate in limited publicity related to the campaign (such as providing a short testimonial or being featured in a social media shout-out or announcement). By accepting a prize, participants grant Druce the right to use their name and general location of their property for promotional purposes.

13. Liability

Druce accepts no responsibility for technical issues, app malfunctions, or failed submissions beyond its reasonable control.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. All prizes are subject to availability. Druce reserves the right to replace any stated prize with an alternative of equal or greater value and similar nature if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
To the extent permissible by law, Druce makes no representation or warranty in relation to any of the prizes provided and accepts no responsibility for any loss, expense, or damage suffered in connection with the promotion or the acceptance and use of any part of a prize.
Druce shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by a prize winner in relation to a prize, except for delivery of furniture set within the United Kingdom, which will be arranged by Druce.
Any stated prize values are recommended retail prices in pound sterling and are correct at the time of printing, and Druce takes no responsibility for any fluctuations in prize values.

14. Right to Cancel or Modify

Druce reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the campaign if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Any changes to the terms and conditions of the campaign will be communicated promptly on the official Druce website and Druce Customer App.

15. Disclaimer

This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the brand of the prizes offered under this campaign. All prizes are offered solely by Druce. Any and all trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective brand owners.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
