Eligibility
All those who own a property in London or have the legal authority to sell or rent such a property, aged 18 or over, except employees of Druce & Co, its affiliates, partners, or agencies, and their immediate family members.
An eligible property located within London must be submitted
Campaign Timeline
Monthly Prize Draws: 15th of each month.
Grand Prize Draw: within 2 weeks of campaign closure.
How to Enter
• Entry steps:
a. Download Druce App (App Store/Google Play).
b. Register with genuine details (email + mobile).
c. Submit property for Market Appraisal (must have legal right to sell/let).

• To qualify for entry into the draw:
1. Step 1: Download and install the Druce Customer App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Step 2: Create an account with detail phone number and email address
3. Step 3: Register at least one property located within an area in London serviced by Druce. Participant must own or have the legal authority to sell or rent the property registered on the App.

• Verification: Winners must show ID + proof of property ownership/address (council tax/utility bill). Druce may cross-check with Land Registry.
• Other Conditions: No fraudulent/false entries; prizes non-transferable, no cash alternative. Druce can cancel/modify campaign if required.
