@Druce goes digital! Salesforce-powered platform set to transform property services.

London, 30 April 2025 – @Druce is proud to announce the launch of a major digital transformation programme, designed to redefine how clients and teams interact with property. Rolling out in two strategic phases, the initiative marks a significant step towards @Druce’s long-term vision: to create a seamless, intelligent platform that simplifies every stage of the property journey — both internally for our teams and externally for our customers.

Phase 1, now underway, introduces a powerful trio of tools: a fully integrated Salesforce CRM, the new @Druce Biz App for mobile operations, and a completely redesigned website. Together, these platforms are designed to streamline workflows, enhance customer service, and deliver greater value across sales, lettings, and property management.

Neil McGimpsey, Group CEO at @Druce, comments on the new digital platform:

This marks a major milestone in @Druce’s evolution. It’s more than a tech upgrade — it’s a strategic move to reshape how we support our clients and empower our teams. By combining intelligent tools with a people-first mindset, we’re delivering smarter, faster, and more intuitive experiences across the entire property journey.

Trusted by some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies, Salesforce is the #1 CRM globally. @Druce is proud to be one of the first independent real estate firms in the UK to fully integrate Salesforce into its core operations. From lettings and sales to renewals and tenancy management, Salesforce centralises data across every client and property, improving accuracy, speed, and collaboration. It empowers our agents across London, the Middle East, and Asia to deliver a connected, consistent experience at scale.

The @Druce Biz App brings the full power of Salesforce to mobile. Agents can capture leads, update deal progress, and communicate with clients instantly via chat or call. It also includes our Home Tool Kits, allowing users to generate floorplans, 2D/3D visuals, and 360° helicopter views — all from a phone or tablet. These features not only enhance listing quality but also help shorten time-to-market, reduce operational friction, and improve cost efficiency for clients. The app also features an Ecosystem Referrals function, enabling agents to quickly connect customers with trusted service providers — from legal and tax advisors to renovation and relocation experts — offering fast, tailored solutions at the point of need.

Our new website is also live, offering a modern look and enhanced user experience. Clients can now explore listings, book valuations, give instructions, and access buying, selling, or renting services all in one place. The site also includes dedicated portals for landlords and tenants to manage their transactions and communication with @Druce quickly and easily.

We’re proud to support @Druce on this strategic leap forward. With Salesforce at the core, we’ve built a platform that gives @Druce flexibility, automation, and intelligence at every touchpoint. This is how real estate should work in the modern age.”

Phase 2 of @Druce’s digital rollout will launch later this year with the debut of the @Druce Consumer App – a fully integrated platform designed specifically for landlords and tenants. The app will provide customers with one smart, centralised place to manage their property journey – from tracking rental payments and maintenance updates to accessing documents, booking services, and staying in touch with their @Druce advisor.

All tools are currently in the internal rollout phase, with client access to follow in due course. We will be providing detailed updates to customers as the rollout progresses.
